Caleb Smith, RBT
Clinical Operations Manager
Caleb Smith is the Clinical Operations Manager for the Austin Westlake Treatment Center. He has had the great pleasure of working with Behavioral Innovations since May of 2017. Caleb became very passionate about helping children of all abilities when his son was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in 2013. Shortly thereafter, he learned about Applied Behavior Analysis and became determined to work in the field. One of his favorite roles of his job is teaching families about the benefits of ABA.
Caleb is a native Texan and has lived in the Austin Metro area his entire life. In his free time, Caleb enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, son, and daughter. Caleb looks forward to serving the families of Austin in any way he can.

Elyssa is a native Austinite and has over 9 years of experience in Human Resources focusing in the recruiting and training aspect. She is currently working on finishing her Sociology degree with a minor in HR. Elyssa is the youngest of four and in her free time loves being surrounded by family including her nieces and nephews.
