Kayla and her staff are amazing! My daughter loves it here . She has done a full 360 since she has been attending and I can’t sing their praise enough! My baby talks in complete sentences because of them.

Our daughter began therapy at BI when she was 2.5. She was non verbal, a severe eloper, and did not socialize with others. 3 years later she has graduated. She is in a general education classroom, has tons of friends and talks up a storm. We give so much thanks to the team at her BI center for helping us guide her to where she is today. Thank you so very much!

We haven’t been here for very long, but I am extremely appreciative and in awe of the staff at BI. They are extremely knowledgeable of how the insurance runs and explain that exceptionally well. They are caring, very reassuring that they understood why I was weary but reassured me my son would be in good hands. During the first week, my son was screaming and crying and the staff were very well trained and were so calm, caring and giving my son his space and helping him transition into this new and big change. I can’t wait to see the continued growth of my son at BI in Lake Worth

My daughter has been at BI for almost a year now. This place has made all the difference in our home. She started there almost completely non-verbal and melting down at any change. Now she tries to regulate her feelings and hops up every morning saying “I got school!!”. The staff are, from top to bottom, some the the kindest and most patient people I have met. They truly seem like they care about their kids, and she loves them too (especially Miss Maddy). I will forever recommend this place to any parent struggling to find help.

Everyone there is friendly and welcoming. From the front desk to the director. Shanna, Reneisha and Haylie are always there to answer your questions and take care of your concerns. I always appreciate them for all they do.

Behavioral Innovations, through personal and meaningful goal setting, continue to help my grandson learn positive, socially significant ways to redirect his negative or hurtful behaviors through ABA Therapy. He is learning to understand emotions; to recognize and isolate physical body aches and pains; share and play with peers; to practice academic, art, music, and movement skills, and to accept ‘no’ or ‘wait’ sometimes. 🙂 Awareness of self and working on patience have been key in helping him improve his immediate quality of life, socially and emotionally…hopefully, helping him grow into his best personal self while in a safe and caring environment. After ongoing therapy, he is by far more content, happy, and aware than when he first started at BI more than a year ago! This year, he is transitioning back into his neighborhood school, finding success in this community while receiving continued support in ABA therapy at BI. Also, as guardian, I am updated daily on major events of the day, successes or upsets, and I have monthly one one-on-one consultations with his BCBA therapist to update me on goals and behavioral changes.

Outstanding people who love what they do. Very professional staff. You can truly tell they love working with my son. I was very scared to start ABA from all the horror stories. All those doubts are long gone. I’m very proud of our choice. I know my son loves his team. We could not be happier with BI.

My baby has only been here for a month and most of that time he was sick but I can see such an amazing change in him already. I was prompted to write this review today because of what I saw when I picked him up. Pure passion in the therapists and happiness in the kids they watch over. I can see the dedication the therapists have for our kids and it made me emotional, I was so reluctant to put him in ABA but after the progress I’ve seen in him and what I saw today I am more confident than ever that I made the right decision. He’s safe, he’s thriving and he has people that truly care for him in their own way watching over him, thank you Behavioral Innovations!

We love BI skillman. They have became our family. The improvement and confidence my son had gain while attending is nothing less than amazing. The love my son has for them speaks to the attention and care they gave my son. His therapist have became his best friends, his comfort, and favorite people. The support for the BI staff is great to our entire family even in tough times. Will forever be great full for Joli, Sabrina, Vic, and every RBT my son has had as his team. They all hold a special please in our heart. They are truly amazing people and it shows that they truly love what they do and the kiddos they have.
