Benefits to Our Rooted Program
Guided Supervision for Rapid Growth
Our supervision program is designed to facilitate your journey towards certification with the inclusion of a comprehensive, structured supervision component. By mentoring, educating, and training, the supervisors provide instruction, model best practices, and offer constructive feedback.
Our supervisees are guided through their required 1,500 hours of concentrated supervised fieldwork by experienced BCBAs. By working closely with seasoned colleagues and mentors, you get an opportunity to see theoretical concepts put into practice. Constant feedback and guidance provided throughout your fieldwork equip you with the skills and confidence needed to navigate the professional landscape post-certification.
