Several instances in her life led her to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, first beginning when she was in high school on a mission trip. It was during that trip that she realized she was particularly interested in working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
She graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Jacksonville State University in 2015. In 2017, she became a master’s graduate of Applied Psychology at Jacksonville State University. She began working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis in 2013. Her experience in the field of ABA, ranges from early intervention services to working with older adults.
In their spare time, Sara and her husband enjoy spending time exploring the Texas outdoors with their two dogs, Cinch and Sadie. They have interests in riding their horses, going to team ropings, hiking, and engaging in other outdoor activities.
