We're excited about the opportunity to provide 1-to-1 ABA therapy and individualized treatment plans for the children of south Fort Worth and Benbrook. We have relocated to our brand new, state-of-the-art treatment center located off Southwest Blvd. near Chisholm Trail Pkwy. and I-20. Now that we're open, we'd love for you to set up a tour at our new treatment center so you can see, first-hand, how we provide the best ABA service to our families.

Treatment Center Staff
Sara Gaines, BCBA, LBA
Sara is originally from Piedmont, AL and moved to Stephenville, TX to join the BI team in July 2017, as an ABA Intern. She is now a BCBA, LBA and the Fort Worth Chisholm Trail Center Director. Several instances in her life led her to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, first beginning when she was in high school on a mission trip. It was during that trip that she realized she was particularly interested in working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
She graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Jacksonville State University in 2015. In 2017, she became a master’s graduate of Applied Psychology at Jacksonville State University. She began working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis in 2013. Her experience in the field of ABA, ranges from early intervention services to working with older adults.
In their spare time, Sara and her husband enjoy spending time exploring the Texas outdoors with their two dogs, Cinch and Sadie. They have interests in riding their horses, going to team ropings, hiking, and engaging in other outdoor activities.
Chelsea Vale, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Chelsea grew up in Sherman, TX and obtained her bachelors degree in psychology from the University of North Texas. During her senior year at UNT she began working as a Registered Behavior Technician with Behavioral Innovations and fell in love with the field of Applied Behavior Analysis and the individuals that it serves. She then went on to pursue her Masters in Special Education with an emphasis in Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University.
Chelsea has been working in the field of ABA since 2014 and has held many positions with Behavioral Innovations. In 2014 she began work as an RBT at the Keller location and was promoted to Program Manager later that year. In 2017, she stepped into the role of Clinical Operations Manager at the Fort Worth location. In March of 2018, she stepped into her most favorite role yet, Licensed Behavior Analyst.
Chelsea enjoys spending time with her husband, Kyle and son, Henry. Her hobbies include DIY projects, reading and going on adventures around the city of Fort Worth.
Clinical Operations Manager
Lindsey Britt is the Clinical Operations Manager for the Behavioral Innovations Fort Worth/Benbrook location. She started at Behavioral Innovations in 2014 as a therapist and quickly fell in love with ABA. Lindsey has held different positions over the years such as therapist, team leader, program manager and was thrilled to advance further as the Clinical Operations Manager. She finds passion in coming into work and shaping lives every day. Lindsey hopes to one day become a BCBA, but looks forward to continual growth as a RBT and leader in the meantime.
When Lindsey is not working, she enjoys searching Pinterest boards for inspirational quotes, reading ABA books, and writing her own books. Fun fact: Lindsey is a Harry Potter enthusiast and a complete wiz at HP Trivia
Autumn Harold has been the business manager for the Fort Worth location since March of 2017. Before joining Behavioral Innovations, she worked for the North Central Texas Council of Governments assisting government agencies in 14 counties obtain lifesaving equipment, while there she also cross trained with the Area Agency on Aging where she learned about Medicare and Medicaid. Autumn is a proud Texas A&M Aggie with an education in criminal justice and fire protection technology.
Her diverse work history and educational background have allowed her to have a unique perspective on her position that she loves and is flourishing in. She absolutely adores working for Behavioral Innovations, which she believes is a “truly good-at-the-core company”. Her goal with BI is to eventually work for corporate.
Autumn has been married since 2012 to her firefighter hubby, David. They live on some land and in their free time enjoy traveling, taking their boat out, and watching deer in the backyard. When David is on shift, Autumn enjoys organizing their home, spending time at the gun range, thrifting, and making gifts for her staff.
