As Chief Operating Officer at Behavioral Innovations, Chris is responsible for all operational aspects of the organization and plays a key role in supporting company-wide strategic initiatives. In this role, he leads efforts to enhance organizational efficiency, ensure consistent service delivery across all locations, and drive operational alignment with the company’s mission and growth objectives.
Since joining Behavioral Innovations in 2019, Chris has played a key role in driving growth and operational excellence—first as Chief Strategy Officer and most recently as Chief Financial Officer. His leadership has been instrumental in scaling services while maintaining a strong focus on quality and access. With over a decade of experience advising growth-focused businesses, including time at KPMG’s Deal Advisory practice, Chris brings deep financial and operational expertise to the role. A Certified Public Accountant, Chris holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and undergraduate degrees in Finance and Accounting from the University of Illinois. His strong commitment to our mission, families, and clinical teams makes him exceptionally equipped to lead our operations into the future.
