Chief Strategy Officer

As Chief Strategy Officer at Behavioral Innovations, Chris Dardi is responsible for the development and execution of strategic initiatives, partnerships and operational innovations in support of the company’s mission, vision, and values.  This includes the refinement of key performance indicators for improved oversight and decision-making throughout the organization.  Chris also oversees the client admissions process and is responsible for providing streamlined entry into our centers.  

Chris brings nearly a decade of growth-oriented financial and strategic experience to BI. His experience includes working with lower-middle market businesses across a variety of industries. Prior to joining the team at Behavioral Innovations, Chris managed financial and operational due diligence efforts as part of KPMG’s Deal Advisory practice. Chris has successfully driven results across complex organizations, implemented operational efficiencies, and evaluated strategic acquisitions. 

Chris is a Certified Public Accountant and earned his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Chris also holds a Finance and Accounting degree from the University of Illinois.
