As Chief Growth Officer at Behavioral Innovations, Dave is responsible for driving revenue and earnings. Dave’s position entails initiating expansion to other states and selective add-on acquisitions. Dave has been a proactive force at BI in motivating intake and admissions process improvements, implementing IT systems and digital marketing optimizations as well as influencing other strategic initiatives.

Prior to joining BI, Dave’s experience encompasses working with small-cap and middle-market companies with revenues spanning from $10 million to $500 million. Dave started as an investment banker with Piper Jaffray, Dave went on to serve as an investment professional to leading private equity firms Trivest Partners, Norwest Equity Partners, and Pine Tree Equity Partners. In these positions, Dave oversaw all sourcing, evaluation and execution of future investment opportunities and provided strategic and operational direction to existing portfolio companies.

Dave received his MBA at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. For his undergraduate years, Dave attended the University of Iowa where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
