Wes Morgan is the Senior Vice President of Outreach and Patient Access at Behavioral Innovations. In his role, Wes leads the company’s Intake and Admissions, Marketing, and Sales teams, driving strategic initiatives to enhance patient access and build strong relationships with referring medical providers, parent advocates, and key figures in the Autism community.
With over 18 years of experience in sales management, Wes has been pivotal in elevating Behavioral Innovations’ outreach efforts. His leadership skills and strategic vision have been instrumental in expanding the company’s presence and influence within the Autism community.
Before joining Behavioral Innovations, Wes led a sales team of 75 individuals at iFLY Indoor Skydiving, where he was responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring team members and overseeing expansion into new markets.
Wes holds a degree from Mississippi State University and was also a member and Captain of the Men’s Basketball team. Outside of work, Wes enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons.
