As President & Chief Operating Officer at Behavioral Innovations, Ed Maher is responsible for overseeing clinical services and business operations at all Behavioral Innovations centers. Since joining the team as Chief Operating Officer in 2020, Ed has been instrumental in ensuring the highest standards of clinical care and customer experience. His expanded role as President is critical to Behavioral Innovations’ strategic and operational success, especially as the company grows and expands into new states.
Prior to joining Behavioral Innovations, Ed gained over 25 years of experience in healthcare as a business leader, clinician, and educator. He has extensive experience in multi-state clinical site growth and operations, with expertise in de novo strategy, mature market growth, same-store operations optimization, and acquisition integration.
Ed holds a Doctor of Science from Andrews University and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Wisconsin.
