Carla Edwards: to that piece by bringing certain information maybe it’s videos maybe it’s stories of what happens at home bringing that to us and US brainstorming on possible solutions after we discuss Solutions then we actually Implement a program specific to that child and we help families learn successful ways of implementing that program in the home setting we want our families to know that we understand that this is a scary time and that you may be afraid and fearful of upcoming days we want to be that safe place where you can come and feel comfortable in our environment and we are here to support you and help you be successful
