Update on Delivery of Center-Based ABA Therapy from our CEO:
We are proud to be members of your community and understand that everyone is going through unique challenges. This pandemic drives home just how connected we are as a national community. Let us reassure you that we are doing everything that we can to support the well-being of our extended Behavioral Innovations (‘BI’) family, including our team members, kiddos and professional partners. We are monitoring the current situation closely as it evolves and will continue to keep you informed.
BI centers remain open in Texas and Oklahoma. Public health and safety remain our priority as we continue to follow the directives of national and local health authorities when it comes to operations. Our BI family knows that ABA treatment is important to your child’s health and we will continue to provide best-in-class services to all of our kiddos.
It is our mission to work alongside the entire ABA community, to provide the highest quality of care and to take all situations, current and future, into consideration when it comes to a family’s access to services for the health of their child. We understand that these are unprecedented times but with communication, teamwork, leadership and empathy, we believe that we will come out stronger than before. Our primary focus, for over 20 years, has been to put our children first. Their well-being remains at the forefront of our conversations to ensure proper treatment.
ABA services are considered critical, medically necessary services, by government authorities, professional trade associations, and insurance providers. During these challenging times, BI will continue to provide telehealth services in support of parent-training and remote supervision in order to support the care delivered to our families and their kiddos.
As the situation evolves and future actions are recommended, nationally or within our local communities, BI will respond accordingly. Our centers remain open and we commit to working with the families that we serve through this difficult and anxious period.
