Teaching with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis.
She worked as a behavior technician/therapist for 8 years before she became a behavior analyst – a role she has been excelling in for the past 6 years. Kimberley’s strength in her role as a BCBA is her ability to building a strong rapport with the children and connecting with the children on their level. The most inspiring part of her job is seeing children learn how to communicate.
Someone Kimberley admires is Olympic runner Sydney McLaughlin. Her motto is “Do it for the Glory of God”.
Kimberley leads a small group at church. She works out 5 days a week and even used to be an avid mountain climber.
