Claire comes to Behavioral Innovations with a background in education.
She worked as a preschool teacher for 5 years with her last 2.5 years working in a school that had an inclusion-based model. Being a teacher in an inclusive setting showed her the importance of social peer interactions and the benefits of inclusion.
Behavioral Innovations is a special place for Claire as it has all the values she wanted in a company. She knew she wanted to be a part of the team during her very first meeting. She hopes to strengthen and grow as a clinician along with developing relationships that can last a lifetime.
Growing up she had a friend who had a developmental disability. Claire learned patience, love, and the importance of kindness to others from her. Through high school Claire volunteered with miracle league and immediately connected with the special needs community. She believes these interactions that were instilled in her early on, led her to build a career helping the special needs community.
Claire enjoys the outdoors and loves any place where she can unwind. She loves to spend time with her family, friends, and her dog Kessler.
