Treatment Center Staff
Corinne Fazio, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA
Corinne Fazio joined Behavioral Innovations in March of 2015. She is originally from Scarsdale, NY, but lived in Nashville, TN for 2 ½ years. After graduating from the University of Scranton, majoring in Special Education and Elementary Education, she attended Hunter College. That is where she earned her Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Special Education while completing her coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis. She chose to pursue a career as a Behavior Analyst because she wants to enhance the lives of her clients. Corinne loves traveling to Florida to spend time at the beach, and watching sports. Her favorites teams are the New York Rangers, the New York Jets, the Dallas Cowboys, and the San Antonio Spurs. In addition, she is passionate about playing sand volleyball, running, and Italian and Mexican cuisine. Spending time with her family ranks at the top of her list.
Leisha Padilla, RBT
Clinical Operations Manager
Leisha Padilla joined Behavioral Innovations in January of 2010. She is a native of Bayamon, Puerto Rico, but lived most of her life in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania before moving to San Antonino. She attended college in Northampton to pursue nursing. During her educational journey, she was introduced to the special needs community through her younger sister who was born with physical and developmental disabilities. Leisha’s passion for children and adults in the special needs community developed into an 8 year career in the field as a therapist, life skill coach, and supervisor. She pursued a carrier in Applied Behavior Analysis as a Registered Behavior Technician when she moved to Texas in September of 2008.
Leisha loves coffee, road trips with her family, weekend outings with her kids, and collecting coffee mugs.
Vanessa Salas Chilton
Vanessa joined Behavioral Innovations in August 2017. She is originally from Del Rio, TX but has resided in San Antonio since 2004. Vanessa has been working with children since 2009 and has always had a passion for the autism community. She has a young nephew on the autism spectrum and believes that working for the autism community has also helped her understand her nephew much more!
Vanessa's enjoys spending time with her children, volunteering, being a makeup artist on the weekends and being apart of her church community. She is delighted to have joined Behavioral Innovations and hopes to put a smile on everyone who walks in the door!
