We're excited about the opportunity to bring our tailored ABA therapy approach to serve the families in the Round Rock and north Austin areas. We’re currently in the process of confirming and building out our state-of-the-art treatment center. We’ll be posting updates on our construction progress so make sure to follow us on our Facebook page! In the meantime we’d like to encourage you to attend one of our informational sessions or set up a tour at our sister treatment center in Cedar Park. We look forward to meeting you soon!

Treatment Center Staff
Bianca Copeland, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA
Bianca earned her Bachelor and Master’s degree from Texas Tech University. She studied special education with an emphasis in applied behavior analysis and graduated in May 2015. During the time she was earning her undergraduate degree Bianca worked in a school setting and during the time she earned graduate degree Bianca began implementing Applied Behavior Analysis underneath a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in home, clinic and school settings.
Bianca grew up in West Texas and moved to Central Texas in 2006. She has been working with children with developmental disabilities, skill deficits and challenging behavior for over 10 years. Bianca has always had a passion for helping children be successful in life. She and her husband have 2 children and enjoy spending time with them in their extra-curricular activities and are always looking for new adventures to make new memories.
Emily Jimenez, RBT
Clinical Operations Manager
Emily Jimenez is the Clinical Operations Manager of Behavioral Innovations, Round Rock. She has been in the field of Applied Behavioral analysis since November of 2014. Her passion for the field has blessed her with a wide rage of experiences such as: teaching in a school setting, working as an RBT in center and in-home. She has worked with clients from 2-22 years of age.
Prior to this, Emily successfully ran her own business as a Birth Educator and Labor Doula for 8 years.
She has four beautiful children, one in Junior High and three in Elementary School. She is a Veteran Spouse and loves spending time with her husband of 11 years.
In her spare time, you can find Emily volunteering at youth sporting events, at the Elementary School, and dancing wildly as if no one is watching. Her family enjoys the outdoors, live music and doing art at Hope Outdoor Gallery.
Emily looks forward to helping build a flourishing community at the Round Rock branch and can’t wait to make a difference!
