Treatment Center Staff
Bianca Copeland, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA
Bianca earned her Bachelor and Master’s degree from Texas Tech University. She studied special education with an emphasis in applied behavior analysis and graduated in May 2015. During the time she was earning her undergraduate degree Bianca worked in a school setting and during the time she earned graduate degree Bianca began implementing Applied Behavior Analysis underneath a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in home, clinic and school settings.
Bianca grew up in West Texas and moved to Central Texas in 2006. She has been working with children with developmental disabilities, skill deficits and challenging behavior for over 10 years. Bianca has always had a passion for helping children be successful in life. She and her husband have 2 children and enjoy spending time with them in their extra-curricular activities and are always looking for new adventures to make new memories.
Clinical Operations Manager
Brooke is our Clinical Operations Manager at Behavioral Innovations in Round Rock. She has been in the field of Applied Behavioral Analysis since April of 2018. Before becoming a Registered Behavioral Therapist, Brooke graduated from Southwestern University where she played college basketball and majored in Psychology. In her spare time, Brooke can be found playing basketball, writing poetry, or on adventures with her dog Hazel.
Danielle Skala received her Masters of Education in Special Education with concentration in autism and applied behavior analysis from Texas State in 2015. She is currently accumulating her supervision hours in pursuit of her BCBA. She has been working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other disabilities for more than 10 years, 7 years being with Round Rock ISD as a Functional Communication teacher.
She was recognized as both the Teacher of the Year for Forest North Elementary as well as a nominee for a National LifeChanger of the Year award in 2016. When not in the clinic Danielle enjoys spending time with her energetic son (Roland), husband (Charlie), and her 3 cats (Reina, Janus, and Callisto).
