Dayna Parker, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA
Dayna was first introduced to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2004 as an ABA Therapist for Southwest Autism Research and Resource Center in Phoenix, Arizona. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Special Education and Elementary Education from Arizona State University in 2006. She taught elementary, middle school and high school students with special needs for nine years. She earned a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University.
Alicia Branum, M.Ed., BCBA
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Alicia "Lisa" Branum is our new BCBA at Behavioral Innovations Norman and Oklahoma City. Lisa graduated with honors from the University of Central Oklahoma with her master’s degree in severe/profound special education and the completion of their ABA program. She was a teacher for fifteen years in southwestern Oklahoma before moving to the behavior analysis field. Having been a contractor in the Lawton area for three years, Lisa is excited to join the Behavioral Innovations team at Norman and Oklahoma City.
Lisa and her family are new to the Norman area and enjoy attending OU football games, eating at Campus Corner, and bike riding through their neighborhood. As a mom to two grown sons, one of which has special needs, helping families navigate the adventure of autism is one of her passions. She loves Chick fil-A, Ted’s Café Escondido, Michael Jackson music, 90’s movies, and unsweet tea with just a splash of sweet tea on the top!
Kate Magnie, RBT
Clinical Operations Manager
Kate Magnie is the Clinical Operations Manager at the Norman center. She graduated with her bachelor's degree in sociology from Fort Hays State University in 2017. She is currently attending Arizona State University, and hopes to graduate with her master's degree in special education with an emphasis in behavior analysis in 2020. She enjoys spending time with her daughters, cooking, and bike riding.
Sara Thomas is the Business Manager for our Norman Treatment Center. She grew up in Moore,Oklahoma and has a son named Easton. Sara graduated from Westmoore Highschool during the 2016-2017 year. She played competitive volleyball for 6 years.
Sara enjoys the outdoors, exploring, and spending time with her family. Sara loves and adores every moment with her son.
