Nicole has recently relocated to Texas from Manchester, Connecticut. Nicole has previous experience in home, clinic-based and school consultation BCBA work all over Connecticut. Most recently she was the BCBA and trainer for staff at the Talcott Center for Child Development in Farmington, CT for a little over two years and was also a part-time faculty member at Eastern Connecticut State University where she taught ABA courses to undergraduate students. Nicole’s specialties are staff and parent training, teaching, case management and leadership.
Nicole received her Bachelor of Psychology degree from Eastern Connecticut State University and her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism Studies from the University of Saint Joseph. Nicole currently holds two board seats: as a director for the Connecticut Applied Behavior Analyst Board of Directors and a leadership member for Arete Academy and Learning Center.
Clinical Operations Manager
Stephanie started her ABA journey at Behavioral Innovations in Las Colinas back in 2014. This is where she fell in love with ABA.. Since then she has become RBT certified and has continued to grow in her career and expand her clinical skills. Her specialties include Program implementation, Data analysis, Data collection, Staff management, and hands-on training. When she is not at work she enjoys spending time with her husband and kids just doing whatever together as a family. She has 3 girls and loves doing makeup, hair, singing as loud as possible, and binge-watching shows on Netflix. She loves to be spontaneous and go on adventures with her husband and friends like going on hikes, driving around Dallas, or where ever the day takes us. She is a huge fan of any Zombie show or movie and The Walking Dead is her favorite.
Rhea Robinson | Center Administrator
Rhea has over eight years of healthcare experience, five of which have been in Practice Administrator roles. During her later education years, she worked in many different settings with children, some of which had developmental disorders, which is where she was first introduced to the world of autism and developed a love for impacting the kiddos lives. She comes to BI with a passion for extending her knowledge and skillset to further impact the lives of children in our communities She brings an excitement about her that will certainly play a huge role in our Colleyville center and with all of the other great team members!
