Assistant Clinical Director
Dianna begins her BI career after having a tremendous background in special education in the public-school setting and having a great understanding of the variety of settings that would be great transition goals for our amazing clients. Dianna shared that one of the biggest reasons she joined the BI team is the opportunity to help develop in a center-based setting and by also knowing the strong reputation that Behavioral Innovations has throughout the community and the consistency she’s come to know. Our Allen team will be much stronger now that she is on board and we expect big things to come!
Clinical Operations Manager
Astara has been with BI for over two years and has added tremendous growth and support to our Allen center. She has been a wonderful leader who started her career as a Registered Behavior Technician and worked her way up to her current role of Clinical Operations Manager. While at our Allen center, Astara has helped countless families with their child’s unique journey and has been a valuable team member to both our seasoned staff and new hires that are just coming on board. We’re so lucky to have Astara and we expect even bigger things from her!
