Sarah Walsh holds a Master’s in Psychology and a Bachelor’s in Sociology with a focus on Criminal Justice. She began her ABA journey in 2019, seeking a more rewarding career where she could make a direct impact. Though she had never worked with autistic children before joining Behavioral Innovations, it quickly became clear that this was her calling.
With five years in the field, Sarah is now a Senior Director of Clinical Services, driven by her passion for supporting vulnerable populations. She finds inspiration in her clients daily, noting how much they teach her through their progress, resilience, and joy.
Fun fact: In high school, Sarah volunteered over 200 hours restoring the Battleship Texas with her dad, working hands-on in the ship’s historic boiler room.
