Hope Darlington holds a B.S. in Psychology with a certificate in Applied Behavioral Health from Texas A&M University and an M.A. in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas. She began her ABA journey in 2017 as an intern and was one of the original RBTs at the College Station location of Behavioral Innovations. From there, she quickly advanced to Clinical Operations Manager while completing her graduate studies.
After earning her degree, Hope opened the Fairfield center as its founding BCBA and later became Senior Director of Clinical Services. During her time there, she collaborated closely on launching the Beyond the Bell program in Houston. Hope has now transitioned to lead the opening of the Lakewood Forest center and looks forward to building a strong, collaborative culture once again.
Over her four years with BI, Hope has held four different clinical roles and contributed to the growth of six centers. She is passionate about long-term planning, continuous learning, and creating environments where both staff and clients thrive. Her favorite part of the work is celebrating milestones with clients, families, and teams.
Fun fact: Hope is a Disney fan and has been to Disney World more than 15 times!
