Growing Together: A Reflection on What Families Shared with Us This Year

As parents, we all hold onto the same hope: that our children will continue to grow, learn, and thrive.

The journey is rarely straightforward. There are moments of uncertainty, moments of celebration, and countless small victories that may seem ordinary to others but mean everything to a family. A first conversation. A new friendship. A successful day at school. A child learning to advocate for themselves. These are the milestones that matter.

At Behavioral Innovations, we are honored to be invited into those moments.

This spring, more than 1,100 families shared their experiences through our annual parent satisfaction survey. Their feedback gave us something incredibly valuable: a glimpse into how families feel about the support they receive, the progress they see, and the partnerships they build along the way. And the message was overwhelmingly positive.

Families Are Seeing Progress

One of the strongest themes throughout this year's survey was simple but powerful: families are seeing meaningful growth in their children.

Parents reported an overall satisfaction score of 90.8 out of 100, while Quality of Care earned a score of 90.1. Families also gave high marks to communication with their care teams, scoring this area at 91.3. These numbers represent something much deeper than statistics.

They represent parents who are noticing new skills emerging, greater independence developing, and goals once thought impossible becoming reality. They represent families who are seeing their children gain confidence, communicate more effectively, build relationships, and participate more fully in everyday life.

Every child's path looks different, but the common thread in so many families' experiences is hope fueled by progress.

Trust Is Earned Through Relationships

When families were asked why they chose Behavioral Innovations, their answers revealed what matters most.

The top reasons included:

• Individualized one-to-one therapy
• Professional and caring staff
• Parent involvement and training opportunities
• Opportunities for children to interact with peers
• A welcoming atmosphere and environment

What stands out in these responses is the importance of people.

Families are not simply looking for services. They are looking for partners. They want a team that answers questions, celebrates successes, and walks beside them through challenges. They want clinicians who care deeply about their child's future.

The survey results suggest that many families feel they have found just that.

Families Would Recommend Behavioral Innovations to Others

Perhaps one of the most meaningful indicators of trust is whether a family would recommend our services to another parent.

This year, nearly 79% of responding families were classified as promoters, and Behavioral Innovations earned a Net Promoter Score of +73, a level considered world class. Behind every recommendation is a family choosing to share their experience with someone else who may be searching for answers, support, and hope.

There is no greater compliment than a parent saying, "This made a difference for my child."

We recognize that trust is earned daily through communication, collaboration, consistency, and compassion. The results from this year's survey remind us how important those relationships are and how meaningful it is when families feel heard, respected, and supported.
