Gabrielle Hojnacki comes to Behavioral Innovation with master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in autism.

She was born in Houston, Texas, and raised overseas in Cairo, Egypt. She attended Texas A&M University for her bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies EC-12 from Texas A&M University, and obtained Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in autism from Ball State University. She recently relocated to Keller, Texas to work as the BCBA at that location.

Gabrielle has worked with children since 2014. After graduation, she completed field work as a special educator in elementary, middle, and high school across settings and with various disabilities. She stepped into the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2018 and obtained Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in 2019. She also has experience working as a Clinical Operations Manager(COM) from 2020 to 2021. Her previous experience in leading individuals reach their highest level of independence and communicate their wants and needs appropriately is what inspires her daily.

Gabrielle is an ambitious, passionate and emphatic person who admires her grandmother the most. She is a pet lover and nature explorer who enjoys cleaning, reading, and painting/crafting. She is an advocate of mental health and is always striving to do her best and lives by the saying “If it is to be, it is up to me”.
