Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer at Behavioral Innovations, Ed is responsible for the clinical services and business operations throughout all of BI’s centers. He is focused on making the experience for families consistently meet the highest standards of care and customer service across BI’s expanding geography. He supports this through collaborating with center leaders, regional teams, and across all corporate departments.
Prior to joining BI, Ed has gained over 25 years of experience in healthcare as a business leader, clinician, and educator. He brings experience in growing and operating clinical sites across multiple states, including De Novo strategy, mature market growth, same-store operational optimization, acquisition integration, and Management Services Agreements. He has also developed and scaled programs to strengthen clinical excellence, improve patient satisfaction, focus on clinical outcomes, and support clinicians.
Ed earned a Doctor of Science from Andrews University and a BS in Physical Therapy from the University of Wisconsin.
