As Interim Chief Financial Officer at Behavioral Innovations, Austin is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial strategy, planning, and reporting functions. He plays a critical role in guiding data-driven decision-making, ensuring financial stability, and supporting long-term growth across the organization.
Since joining the company, Austin has been a key driver in the success of our Diagnostics program, earning trust through his strategic insight and commitment to cross-functional collaboration. He has supported nearly every department—including the Board of Directors—and quickly developed a deep understanding of our business. Austin brings strong operational rigor to the Interim CFO role and is well-positioned to lead our finance function with clarity and focus.
Prior to joining Behavioral Innovations, Austin held leadership roles in finance, private equity, and operations at firms including Hillcreek Capital and Tesla. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Harding University, where he graduated summa cum laude.
