Parineetha Viswanathan holds a Master of Education and brings over 10 years of experience to her role. Drawn by the company’s mission, values, and well-run centers, she thrives in an environment of ongoing support and community. With strong clinical skills in parent training and relationship building, she is also a proven leader who fosters deep connections with both staff and the families she serves.

Outside of work, Parineetha enjoys yoga, movies, reading, and traveling. She is passionate about causes including women’s rights, animal welfare, and healthcare in the United States, and lives by the motto, “always strive to be your best.” Having lived in five different countries—three as an adult—she envisions a national travel day where everyone has the chance to book a trip anywhere in the world.
