Nikki Rios holds a Master’s in Counseling Psychology and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Central Oklahoma. With over a decade in ABA and 12 years working with individuals with autism, she began her journey at a residential summer camp, which shaped her fun and engaging approach to the field. She has experience across various settings, including in-home, schools, clinics, and community programs.
Passionate about helping children, families, and staff build skills and confidence, Nikki finds the most rewarding part of her work in seeing clients find their voices. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, decorating cakes, and listening to podcasts.
