Kyle Ditzian holds a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and Organizational Behavior Management from the Florida Institute of Technology. He has worked in the field for over a decade, beginning his career as a BCBA with a strong focus in OBM and later expanding into performance, strategy, and HR consulting across the autism industry and beyond.
After years of supporting organizations at a systems level, Kyle joined Behavioral Innovations to return to the heart of this work—supporting clinicians, strengthening clinical systems, and helping teams deliver the meaningful outcomes that matter most to the children and families we serve. He will be leading the clinical team at our Durham, North Carolina location, where he focuses on collaboration, clarity, and helping clinicians thrive in their practice.
Kyle is energized by the opportunities to help clinicians grow, solve problems together, and move the organization forward in a way that honors both the science of ABA and the people who practice it.
Outside of work, Kyle enjoys playing video games, spending time with family and friends, and getting outdoors to hike when the weather is right.
Fun fact: Kyle raced dirt bikes for years—and once completed a jump of more than 100 feet.
