Holly Salicco

Senior Director of Clinical Services

Holly Salicco is the Senior Director of Clinical Services at the Grand Prairie North Treatment Center. She holds a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, a Post-Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology, and is a BCBA and LBA in Texas.

Holly has worked in the mental and behavioral health field since 2002 and has served in behavior analyst roles since 2012. She was drawn to Behavioral Innovations because its core values aligned strongly with her own and because of the opportunities for continued professional growth.

Holly began her career working directly with adults on the autism spectrum and with intellectual disabilities in group homes and supported living environments. After becoming a BCBA, she continued working with adults across residential settings and psychiatric hospitals. These experiences—especially seeing the impact of ABA for individuals who received little support until adulthood—inspired her to shift her focus to earlier intervention. This led her to serve in clinic settings, school districts, and as the clinical leader of a specialized school in Fort Worth.

Outside of work, Holly enjoys macramé and needlepoint and proudly admits she does her nightly embroidery while watching Jeopardy! followed by Wheel of Fortune
