With more than a decade of leadership and operational experience, Femi brings a strong foundation in strategy, execution, and team support. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. Beyond her professional achievements, she is passionate about creating positive change in her community, dedicating time to mentoring and supporting teenagers in the foster system.
