Adriana Buriman is the Senior Director of Clinical Services in Mesquite. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from Southern Methodist University and a Master of Education in Special Education with a concentration in ABA from the University of Houston–Victoria.
Adriana has worked in ABA for over seven years, starting as an RBT before becoming a BCBA. Her background as a pediatric medical assistant also shaped her commitment to child-centered care. She joined Behavioral Innovations because the company’s values aligned with her own and appreciates the flexibility to apply ABA techniques that best support each client.
She loves her work because every day brings a new challenge, a new puzzle, and a new opportunity to help children grow through play and meaningful skill-building. She also enjoys serving as a connection point between center leadership and the broader organization.
Outside of work, Adriana loves traveling, learning about world cultures, reading history, and spending time gardening—a hobby she finds grounding and calming. Her guiding motto is: “We must become the change we want to see in the world.”
