Nancy comes to our team with over 20 years of experience working with children with special needs. She began her career as a Special Education teacher, working with children with Down Syndrome, Autism and many other developmental disabilities. Soon after that, she became a BCBA in 2008, and since then has been working almost exclusively with children with Autism. She chose BI due to our values and mission that she too believes in very strongly. She is so excited to get to work within the Richardson community and impact the lives of all our kiddos.
Clinical Operations Manager
Rachael comes to BI with over two years of clinical experience in the field of ABA but with a long-term goal of becoming a BCBA. She is currently attending Ball State University as a graduate student, attempting to earn her degree for Applied Behavior Analysis. Rachael starts her journey at BI due to our terrific growth, as well as the company’s overall goals and services. Rachael states that she wants to become a great leader who is a key component of the new center’s foundation. She is a firm believer in team culture, open communication and a collaborative learning environment. She looks to make an immediate impact on all the kiddo’s lives!
