I am so grateful to have gained my supervision under the BCBAs at Behavioral Innovations. I felt supported throughout the entire journey, and it ultimately has made me a better provider. I appreciate the willingness of the supervisors and those in charge of the apprentice program to adapt to the needs of the supervisee while making adjustments to provide quality training.

I have loved the apprentice program! I got to learn so much about being a BCBA (parent trainings, assessments, treatment planning, etc.) before becoming official that I felt much more confident going into the new role after testing. It was great that I was able to finish my hours and learn so much while still working full time in the clinic.
