Shari Corboy holds an MBA with coursework from the University of Washington, where she also completed her supervised practicum through Project DATA. Though originally pursuing a path in organizational development and IO psychology, she found her true calling in ABA. With over 20 years of experience—both directly supporting individuals on the autism spectrum and navigating educational systems—Shari brings a unique, comprehensive perspective to her role.
After relocating from Washington State to Dallas for greater professional opportunities, Shari joined Behavioral Innovations and has found a strong fit within the Southlake team. She is passionate about supporting high-support-needs learners, assent-based practices, and collaborative, interdisciplinary care. She currently participates in the Community of Practice for language acquisition and works closely with AAC and feeding specialists.
Fun fact: A Dallas native, Shari returned home after years in Seattle and now enjoys life with her German Shepherd, weekend drives, and reconnecting with old friends and favorite foods.
