Since joining the team as Chief Operating Officer in 2020, Ed has played a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of care and customer experience across all centers. Now as CEO, he continues to drive the company’s mission forward as it expands into new markets and supports more families nationwide.
Ed brings over 25 years of experience in healthcare as a business leader, clinician, and educator. He has a strong track record in multi-state clinical site growth and operations, with deep expertise in de novo strategy, mature market development, same-store optimization, and acquisition integration.
He holds a Doctor of Science from Andrews University and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Wisconsin.
