Chrystin Canales holds an MA in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a BS in ABA from the University of North Texas. She began working in ABA in 2017 and joined Behavioral Innovations in 2020 after her previous center closed due to the pandemic. Since then, she has grown within the organization from RBT to Intern, then BCBA, and now serves as a Senior Director of Clinical Services.
Her passion for ABA is rooted in the power of play and compassionate care. Chrystin takes pride in programming for social skills and leading group parent trainings that help families connect and generalize skills beyond the clinic. She’s driven by the meaningful progress she’s seen in the children she’s worked with—from first words to friendships—and is committed to creating a supportive, community-centered experience for every family.
Fun fact: Chrystin once owned a crochet business featured at Mosaic Makers Collective in Dallas, where she sold handmade newborn outfits and cozy winter wear.
