Step 3: Diagnosis Assistance

Why an Autism Diagnosis Matters

Securing a diagnosis for autism by a licensed medical professional is crucial, as most insurance companies require this for coverage of ABA therapy services.

• Existing Diagnosis:  If you already have a prescription for ABA therapy, you can simply send it our way to continue the enrollment process effortlessly.
• Need an Evaluation?:  If your child needs to be evaluated, we can schedule a diagnostic evaluation at our centers or provide a referral to a leading diagnostician near you, ensuring a seamless and stress-free enrollment.

Step 4: Insurance Verification

We accept most insurance plans, including Medicaid. Our team will walk you through the ins and outs of your specific insurance plan. They will help you understand the out-of-pocket components, such as deductibles, co-pay, co-insurance, and out-of-pocket max. All we need from you is a copy of your insurance card, and we will take care of the rest.

Step 5: Evaluation and Treatment Planning

Evaluation by Our BCBA

With all required documentation and evaluation authorizations in place, our Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of your child. We also take the time to understand your family’s goals, using this crucial information to tailor a treatment plan that best meets your child’s unique needs.

Step 6: Begin Your Child’s ABA Journey

First Day at ABA

Once the personalized treatment plan receives your approval and is authorized by your insurance provider, we’ll schedule a start date for your child’s ABA therapy services.
