Here’s our 6-step process to enroll your child in ABA therapy with confidence:

Step 1: Submit Your Inquiry

Step 2: Connect With Our Intake Team

• After receiving your inquiry, we’ll call you to understand your family’s goals, concerns, and specific needs.

• Ask us anything about ABA: we’re here to answer questions and remove uncertainty.

• This human-to-human connection is key — and helps us tailor the experience to your child’s unique situation.

Step 3: Secure or Confirm an Autism Diagnosis

• A valid autism diagnosis is required by most insurance companies before ABA can begin.

  • Already have a diagnosis? Great — simply send it to us and we’ll move forward with minimal delay.

  • Don’t yet have one? We’ll refer you to a trusted diagnostician or arrange an evaluation at one of our centers — we’re by your side.

• Why it matters: A diagnosis ensures your child receives the proper support and helps streamline insurance coverage.

Step 4: We’ll Verify Your Insurance Coverage

• We accept most major insurance plans — including Medicaid — and we’ll confirm your coverage details for you.

• We’ll explain your plan’s specifics: deductibles, co-pays, out-of-pocket max, etc.

• This removes the guesswork, so your family can focus on what matters: progress.

Step 5: Complete a Comprehensive Assessment

• Once your documentation is complete, our Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will perform a thorough evaluation of your child.

• We’ll also ask what your goals are — what you hope your child will achieve.

• From there we’ll design a personalized treatment plan, built specifically around your child’s strengths, needs, and family priorities.

Step 6: Begin ABA Therapy With Confidence

• After plan approval and insurance authorization, we’ll schedule your child’s first session.
