Glenda Montalvo, Clinical Director

Glenda is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst, and the Clinical Director for the Katy Treatment Center.

She is a seasoned BCBA with 10+ years of experience in clinical, school, and in-home settings. She has a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree that allows her to further individualize ABA treatment for clients.

What drove her to Behavioral Innovations is their focus on early intervention. At BI, she is able to target essential skills and address deficits as early as possible, thereby affecting lifelong changes from childhood. She also believes in the inclusive culture promoted here at Behavioral Innovations. This collaboration between professionals presents a myriad of experiences and yields a greater fund of knowledge to achieve the most optimal clinical outcomes for our clients. She hopes to continue to improve quality of life for the children and their families.

Glenda loves the water so her favorite vacation spots always include a river, lake, or a beach. She is also an avid reader and recently read "Pulling your own strings" by Dr. Wayne W. Dyer. Glenda doesn't shy from challenges and lives by her favorite quote - "But he who dares not grasp the thorn, should never crave the rose."
