Comprehensive Curriculum for BCBA Success

Rooted is more than just a program – it’s a reflection of who we are. Curated by our founder Lori, a BCBA herself, in collaboration with our Learning and Development team, Rooted was built to provide what she once needed most: a strong foundation, hands-on mentorship, and a clear, supported journey to success. Her personal experience and continued leadership shape our clinical approach today. People choose Behavioral Innovations because we’re grounded in heart and built for growth, and Rooted is our way of paying it forward – empowering aspiring BCBAs with the tools, guidance, and purpose that define who we are.

Benefits to Our Rooted Program

You won’t walk this journey alone. You’ll be paired with a dedicated BCBA mentor who will guide you through fieldwork, offer personalized feedback, and provide the professional support you need every step of the way.

We set you up for success on the BCBA exam with structured prep sessions and study groups led by seasoned professionals. You’ll have access to proven strategies, relevant practice materials, and a support system focused on helping you feel confident and prepared.

Our in-house Learning and Development team is here to support your entire journey – from onboarding through certification. They design engaging trainings, provide ongoing education, and ensure your experience is both enriching and aligned with BACB requirements.
