Veronica Hernandez earned her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology–Exercise Science from the University of Houston and her Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction–Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University. She has been working in the ABA field for 9 years and currently serves as a Senior Director of Clinical Services.
Veronica’s journey into ABA was inspired by her nephew’s experience on the autism spectrum and the profound impact ABA therapy had on his life. This personal connection fuels her passion for helping families and supporting the growth of both her clients and clinical teams. She finds the greatest inspiration in watching progress unfold through collaboration, care, and dedication.
Fun fact: Veronica has a strong love for headbands and has curated quite the collection over the years!
