Aliana Cheney holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Educational Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). With over five years of experience in the field, Aliana has dedicated her career to improving the lives of individuals with disabilities and supporting the families who care for them.
Aliana’s journey into ABA was inspired by personal experience—her aunt has cerebral palsy, and seeing the impact that therapies like ABA, speech, and physical therapy had on her life deeply influenced Aliana’s decision to enter this field. She is driven by the opportunity to make learning fun and meaningful for each client, celebrating their progress every step of the way.
She thrives in her role at Behavioral Innovations, where she finds immense joy in seeing new skills develop in her clients and sharing those milestone moments with their families—whether it’s hearing a child speak for the first time or gaining independence in daily activities. Aliana credits much of her growth to the support and mentorship of her supervisor, Lauren, whose guidance has been invaluable in her career.
Known for her patience and adaptability, Aliana brings previous experience working with children into her role as a BCBA, always seeking the best possible outcomes for those she serves.
