Paige Massey, BCBA, Prosper

Paige Massey: My name is Paige Massey, and I am a BCBA at the Prosper Center. I started out as an RBT at the McKinney location, helping to open that Center, and then moved into being an intern there, and then last year I stepped into the Apprentice role. Being the first Apprentice at the company, I have taken on a couple of interns now, and it’s been an exciting new challenge having to figure out how to teach somebody else the things that I was taught, and it’s been fun being able to think back on all of the lessons that I learned and the advice I had been given through being an RBT and an intern and now being able to do that for somebody else.
