Lori Russo: I would say we probably did it three ways. Really, we embraced transparency from the beginning with our families, with our staff, with the community. We also continued to demonstrate our commitment to evidence-based practices and really made sure that we built strong relationships with families.
Lori Russo: It was very important for us to be involved in community events and educational initiatives to increase awareness and understanding, and then just continue to advance the field of behavior analysis, and with that, definitely more acceptances.
