Beyond the Bell: Behavioral Innovations Social Skills Program

Our Beyond the Bell after-school social skills program offers parents a much-needed resource to support their children’s social and emotional development. By breaking down training into short-term goals—such as communicating effectively, initiating games and activities, increasing confidence and reducing anxieties when interacting with peers, and learning social rules necessary for success in the school setting—our after-school program helps children practice and strengthen these skills effectively.

Molly Adams: the goal of beyond the bell is really to focus in on social skill building for kids who have kind of made it through our um early intervention and they might be going to school but we still need to kind of focus in on social skills you know it’s 2 hours it’s after school it’s from 4:00 to 6 and um we work in a group setting a lot of it is where the therapists allow that Independence so we want to model those behaviors but then take a step back and let the kids really interact while the kids are in beyond
