Carter: Hi, my name is Carter. I am one of the client intake advocates here at Behavioral Innovations. I am here to talk about the intake process with our company.
Carter: First of all, you will either be contacted by one of our representatives or you will call in to us. Once this happens, we’ll get a little bit more information from you. Things like, you know, insurance and, you know, your child’s name. We will also hopefully be able to get you over to one of our advocates, what I do.
Carter: Once you’re on the phone with an advocate, they will talk you through availability, schedule a tour, and let you know what documents are needed in order to get you qualified for services.
Carter: With insurance verification, something that I typically recommend parents is to prioritize getting primary insured ID as well as front and back of insurance cards sent over to us in intake. Once we have these, we will be able to get your benefits verified within 24 to 48 hours. If you’re questioning whether or not you may have ADA coverage, we recommend you call your insurance provider directly. They should be able to answer any and all questions you may have.
