Saara Bhimani, M.Ed., BCBA, serves as the Senior Director of Clinical Services at the Oak Hill center. She holds a Master’s in Behavioral Analysis and a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Health Science with a concentration in Disability Studies. Saara has been a BCBA since 2021, following nearly four years of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

She was drawn to Behavioral Innovations for its strong commitment to collaboration and family-centered care values that align closely with her own. In her role, Saara is passionate about fostering a supportive and positive culture for both clients and team members, with a focus on meaningful progress and daily wins. Her favorite part of the job is witnessing those special breakthrough moments, from a child making eye contact for the first time to learning new ways to connect and communicate.

Fun fact: Outside of work, Saara is a third-degree black belt!
