Nicole Anderson is the Senior Director of Clinical Services in Leander. She holds a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University and brings a decade of ABA experience, along with 17 years of experience working with children.

Nicole values the strong collaboration within the Cedar Park and Leander teams and believes the meaningful progress clients make is truly a team effort. She is passionate about creative, play-based learning and enjoys teaching skills in the natural environment—both with clients and while supporting RBTs in their development.

Before entering ABA, Nicole taught English in Korea, where she discovered her love for working 1:1 with children, ultimately shaping her career path.

Outside of work, she stays active through gymnastics and Pilates and enjoys time with her dog, reading, and podcasts.
