Nancy comes to our team with over 20 years of experience working with children with special needs.

She began her career as a Special Education teacher, working with children with Down Syndrome, Autism and many other developmental disabilities. Soon after that, she became a BCBA in 2008, and since then has been working almost exclusively with children with Autism. She chose BI due to our values and mission that she too believes in very strongly. She is so excited to get to work within the Richardson community and impact the lives of all our kiddos.
