Melinda has been a BCBA since 2018 and started her journey as a therapist in 2007.

She immediately fell in love with ABA and helping individuals learn and grow and changed her major to pursue the BCBA accreditation. She loves working for BI due to the company’s emphasis on family values and parent involvement.

She loves traveling and her favorite spot to visit is Disneyworld. One of her favorite movies is The Nightmare Before Christmas and is especially fond of its protagonist, Jack Skellington. Melinda is an aquaphile and loves to spend time with her family and friends at the river or the beach.
