As Chief Financial Officer at Behavioral Innovations, Kevin Cummings oversees all financial functions of the organization and plays a critical role in advancing the company’s growth and mission. In this role, he leads efforts to strengthen financial strategy, ensure operational efficiency, and support long-term sustainability across BI’s expanding network of centers.

Kevin brings more than 12 years of financial leadership experience, with deep expertise in financial strategy and cross-functional collaboration. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and was drawn to BI because of its strong mission, values, and growth trajectory. Outside of work, Kevin has a passion for global travel, having visited more than 20 countries. He also enjoys sports and coffee and proudly supports his favorite Chicago teams. Inspired by the example of his father, a Chicago police officer for 30 years, Kevin brings a values-driven approach to leadership that aligns closely with BI’s culture and purpose.
